Kakashi se encuentra en un árbol y llega un Shinobi y le da información sobre los Siete Espadachines de la Niebla. En ese momento Kakashi se prepara para pelear contra el Jinpachi y Kushimaru en lo que aparece Guy. Comienza la batalla, Jimpachi y Kushimaru usan el poder de sus armas para acabar con Kakashi y Guy. Kakashi en ese momento recuerda una misión del pasado que tuvo con Rin y Guy, de nuevo en la batalla los dos shinobis de Konoha trabajan juntos para vencer a los espadachines.
